Item was also poorly packed and missing pieces and came damaged. Shipping was fast. Yes, he did receive the item slightly damaged, not sure if due to shipping or our packaging, But he exaggerated in any away that his life was depending on it. Called me 5 times within 2 min. I still give him the product and issued full refund. Now sure, why negative feedback. I honestly advise all sellers to avoid this type of buyer.
