Those with out security under printing are Scott Cat. valued at US $280.00 for blocks of four yet the shipped blocks had security under printing and are valued at $ 24.00 for blocks of four. Stanley Gibbons clearly states that these reprints on security under printing also have the synthetic gum as opposed to the glossy gum. I would like a REFUND.
