They said no that I would have to return the extra small and we buy the small. Keep in mind I paid for shipping for the extra small to get to me and had to pay for shipping to return it. And paid for shipping to get the size small that's too big. I'm not going to pay for shipping again to return it. Waste of time and waste of money. We offered you help both times but you did not answer and instead you expressed your frustration by leaving multiple negative feedbacks for the same problem. Shipping fees are set by eBay and shown at checkout. eBay also determines who pays return shipping, and in this case, the buyer was responsible. Negative feedback for issues outside of a seller’s control is unfair and may violate eBay’s feedback policy.

I would have to pay for shipping again to return it and buy the size small. So that's what I did. And the size small is too big. So I paid for shipping for the first one to me paid for shipping to return it and then paid for shipping for the new one. You guys don't waste your money. Our vests use exact chest girth sizing — not generic clothing sizes — which is why we strongly recommend measuring before purchase. We offered a full refund for the return. The shipping fees go directly to the carrier, not to us. We’re always happy to assist with sizing or adjustments when contacted.”
