They provided all the tools needed and I was very happy to see it power up once I was done. Fast shipping, great communication. Very pleased!!!!

Battery itself came in a anti-static zip-lock bag, and shipped in a tidy little box with plenty of packaging. Quality cannot be faulted. Will be thinking of this seller again, value for money was perfect.
