Again, not exaggerating. 1. The item was exactly as presented. 2. The item was packaged not only securely, but also "personally"--it was really nicely packaged with a lot of thought, effort, and personal touch. 3. There was a lot of personal touches added to the inside of the package, personal notes, and a little extra bonus.
