The item was also, not packaged, just thrown in an envelope. It also took 10 days to get from Texas to Illinois. I was going to send the item back, but have been too busy. Shipping and handling is just that, shipping cost plus the time/expense/supplies needed to ship the item, which in this case was about $4. We unfortunately don't have any power over USPS delivery speed once it leaves us, however we have noticed package delivery has been extremely slow this entire year1994 - 1996 C4 Corvette Power Mirror Switch（#154009809808）
