Just Refunded without an explanation. After paying for the 3rd time, they told me it was sold out, they had no more. But then it had arrived today! Strange & disorganised. Communication was polite but unproductive. They don't seem to understand what you're asking. Like a badly trained AI. I wish to buy another pair though because it's good!
