Although I had a problem with the courier company which I know this isn't your fault at all but I had to contact the company in order to release the package since they didn't specify the payment proccess and it was a real problem to release and pay. Besides that I did have a great experience with you guys and thanks for the little note btw.

They packed the plush safely and shipped it in good time from overseas. Though there was a mix up with the order, the seller was polite and understanding and demonstrated excellent customer service and was very helpful in resolving the issue.
