After receipt, phone had a 1 cm+ scratch on screen that was relatively deep (could run my fingernail and it would get stuck) and an additional crack on the back cover, both not mentioned before. I notified him multiple times about how to deal with this and told me he was on vacation or couldn't connect easily. I gave him 7 weeks to respond to this with 0 success. A shame this ended like this.
