You made an error on your first card purchased, we did not ask you or force you to purchase another card.
We find it a hard pill to swallow knowing there are adults out there who do not own up to their own mistakes but would rather lie and punish small businesses.

I ordered a card with name age grandaughter forgot to complete colour of hair and shoes so they messaged me and I done as they requested thinking they still had the original details they said the card had already been printed minus Grandaughter said it was to late it was only the next morning so I have ended up paying for 2 birthday cards and could only use 1 so won’t be buying anymore thanks

Unfortunately this review is inaccurate and untrue. This lady purchased a card at 9am in the morning, she left all the details for the card apart from the relation. We made her card with the details requested with no relation. She sent us a message 13hrs later at 10pm in the evening saying she had forgotten to add Granddaughter, we explained that her card had already been made and dispatched with the original details. She said she would order another card with the relation which she did.
