Phone answering works fine unless it's very windy. The bone conducting feature works fair. I've had double radical mastoid ear surgery and can hear ok with these.

As soon as they got notified it shipped they refunded me! I really appreciated that!! Thank you. They refuse to take them back. After talking with them they sent 1 of what I ordered and refused to send the second earpiece. Then insulted me by saying the wrong products they sent were of greater value than what I ordered so I should be satisfied with them and only one of what I originally ordered. Ebay had to step in for me to get refunded.
