It was only a few days after they received the item that they issued a refund. there was very good communication during this time would recommend them for any purchase

However, I could not disguise my dismay when I realized the screen had been smashed in. The merchant was responsive and eager to make the purchase right. Long story short, after packaging up the damage Mac (UGH) and lugging it to UPS, I finally received the replacement! It was a great day because this Mac was just as advertised. After a few ups and downs, Stock4less did a great job.

The laptop arrived later than the scheduled time which I wasn’t thrilled about but ignored at the time. This laptop is Black, it is not as described. One of my reasons for purchasing this laptop was for the color. The packing was not the best. The laptop was placed in open packing, at a risk for damage. The laptop will not turn on. It turned on once and hasn’t since. I want a refund.
