I was somewhat worried about all the chatter regarding the printer recognizing the cartridges and other problems. After the cartridges were installed I printed some test pages and everything worked perfectly. No problems whatsoever. Very happy with the purchase, so much so, I ordered another set. Great seller.

After exhausting all efforts, I sent an email indicating the print head still did not work. I received a replacement print head and the second one worked.
