It's a "new, old stock" part and was the lowest price we could find for anything new anywhere! We didn't want to spend a lot on my elderly mom's 24 year old Whirlpool dryer and since she's 98 how much longer will she even need it? (FWIW, we do all her laundry for her) Hubby fixed it in less than 5 minutes and it's great again! Thank you so much! We WOULD definitely order parts from this seller again!1***i 的補充評價- 買家補充的信用評價- 買家補充的信用評價Unfortunately the timer that was installed professionally and correctly only worked through one load and totally stopped working halfway through a second load of laundry and just stayed at the "Very Dry" indicator spot and never advanced.. Obviously it's either a faulty part, but this seller doesn't accept returns and doesn't leave feedback either, even when positives are left for them! So we are out a lot of $.
