- h***c (28)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 6 個月購買已獲認證I sent my radio to 1 Factory Radio. They remanufactured it, added Bluetooth, and returned it to me. I installed it and it worked perfectly. I have to push a button to use the Bluetooth feature. i wish that button was lit (hard to see it in the dark) and I wish that button had longer travel so that it was more apparent when it is in the ON position (pushed -in) or the OFF position (popped-out). I texted 1 Factory Radio several times and they always replied quickly and courteously.

I installed it in my Kia Soul and still no sound out of speakers so I guess I going to have to pay Kia service a bunch of money to fix the issue. But the radio was just like brand new but service to me radio was bad that’s why I purchased another one but they were wrong but they will not make any adjustments to my charge to fix the issue. This is the third Kia we purchased thru them over the years so so much for s
