Seller said "the battery rubbed it off" but this cannot happen (the battery does not touch the sides where the S/n is located)! Shipping was "OK" took 2 weeks, Tracking was useless but it was well wrapped. Drone itself (on the outside) was in very good condition. Drone works fine. Had to get the S/N from the goggles (after having to update the firmware on the drone with DJI assistant 2)
