It’s cheaply made the Velcro straps are useless, and the elbow guard is broke. We also refunded you in full. You didn't send back the armor like you said so maybe you've changed your mind & want to keep it? We spent a year designing, testing, lot of sweat - painstaking nights perfecting it. We custom make the armor. We asked you to elaborate specifically on what aspect you didn't like? How was the velcro useless? Did the knee piece broke during shipping, etc? We offered a replacement part with no response.
