The flat rate materials are provided by the post office when paying for THAT service. using the new, padded mailers and box as free bubble wrap is wasteful, inappropriate and unethical, Maybe even illegal. the soft back book was OK but had black granules under the shrink wrap. Seller needs to reconsider misusing usps flat rate materials as packaging.
