The packaging was very bad. I requested a return but instead he offered me $5 dollar credit which didn’t make sense. I am not gonna pay 50+ dollar for a statement that I can’t even use. He has not responded to me after I declined a counter offer have sent him several messages but he has ignored me. That’s why I’m leaving to feedback.

Although tracking data indicates DELIVERED, the item was never received. Per the seller, nothing can be done since DELIVERED was noted. I want this badly for my two year old granddaughter. I think the same seller has this item on the Mercari marketplace. You can't have a good experience when you don't receive the goods.
