- m***t (22)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 1 個月購買已獲認證Not a negative from the seller. The seller had been great help to try and rectify the problem. I only received the shipping label end of my package , no contents. I order a strut assembly for my car. So the box it was supposed to come in was quite large. USPS said to file a claim or contact seller. I’d just prefer a refund so I can purchase a new one without waiting weeks and weeks to probably never receive it. What can I do ??

- r***l (507)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 6 個月購買已獲認證I've been in touch with USPS, the tracking shoe received label but awaiting parcel from seller. The tracking number searched with Canada Post 🇨🇦 & track17. Both claimed parcel not found. I'm somewhat frustrated 😠 by all this.
