That it arrived on 9/10 is not the seller's fault. If needed sooner, a different carrier was available, but not chosen. The yarn color is exactly as shown in the photo. The listing clearly states that returns are accepted, and if an exact color was needed to contact the seller, but the buyer never did. I m sorry you are unhappy, yet this negattive feedback was not deserved.
