She repeatedly told me to look in the mail for my purchase, which she knew well had never been shipped, and wasn't for two whole weeks! Then she told me to "be more kind about human error." I can easily forgive error, but lying is a whole other thing. Finally, I reported to Ebay, and she then shipped. I can't even stand to look to look at the curtains I was so excited about because of what I had to go through to get them. Buy from someone honest - not here!
