Then fobbed me off leaving me with a useless laptop and out of pocket. Shocking customer service. The laptop was listed correctly, fully tested, and returned after fitting a brand new battery (order proof available). We provided continued support, requested a battery health report, and explained usage differences. The buyer first confirmed it was used for gaming, then later claimed it was not a gaming laptop, which is contradictory. We always resolve issues fairly under eBay’s policies and remain committed to customer satisfaction.
