The sport has been amazing and has worked with me to fix those minor issues. For example, when I erased the entire operating system from the phone accidentally, they walked me through it, and the problem was just fixed very quickly. I highly recommend that you store the product.

Just received it a few days ago, so I can't vouch for battery life span, etc., but I am extremely pleased with my purchase.
