The spokes are cut to the lengths that I requested,they're packaged securely,and they're shipped out fast. One thing I particularly liked was that they always contacted me to let me know they received my instructions for the spoke lengths. That's very considerate,because it's a HUGE relief knowing that I'll be receiving the correct parts. Many Thanks.
