I was out of town for two weeks and when I returned and measure the way, it was 9 1/2 inch . When I contacted the seller, they said it’s been two weeks and I cannot return it. If the correct information was provided to me, I did not need to return it . Lululemon Wunder Trains have a 23" Waist which is easily found on their website. Sorry to hear these did not fit, but I do make sure to note I do not offer returns for sizing. For future purchases all I may suggest is trying a pair on at the Lululemon store to make 100% sure the correct size is ordered.
