It is framed in a blond wood under plexiglass and in excellent condition with 2 small scratches on the front of the frame and a light spot on edge of top picture which part of the artwork. The 2 pieces are a litho at the top and original ink/watercolor at the bottom. Art framed and matted measures 12" x 20". I am including a French art magazine from 1974 that reviews the artist and shows work that was exhibited in Paris in the early 1970s. An overview of artist is below. He is listed in Artists in California 1786-1940 by Hughs. (I acquired this piece from a donation to a charity and have another up for sale.)”
