Completely dead and unusable. I tried two other fresh batteries to make sure it wasn't the battery and still dead. Total rip off

The seller had little advice for getting the device to power on, but in their defense the manual said the same thing. A full refund was offered, but I was only looking for confirmation that the device worked at all. If purchasing from this seller in the future I would proceed, but that is because I already expected to have to repair the item anyway. Experience was fine
