When I reported it, the shipper responded immediately, and refunded the full amount within 24hrs. I would buy from this company again without hesitation. Great customer service! Excellent transaction, in spite of the shipping problem.

I purchased the CitiZ for my husband’s birthday as he’s been talking about getting a Nespresso machine for a while now. The item was shipped the next business day… during shipping USPS put the package the ringer… it looked like Ace Ventura got ahold of it … when it finally arrived, the water tank was completely busted. Instead of me claiming insurance I sent photos and was refunded my money. I would totally purchase again.
