I say no because the offer is higher than the regular price. Then, I buy it at the price he listed in his ad, and he cancels the purchase. I asked them to make an offer, but they emailed me again directly and told me to write $100 and make an offer. Transactions via direct email are prohibited. The post office declined because the item could not be delivered due to US customs. Please remove the negative feedback.
