Buyer did open a return case due to buyer's remorse (buyer made a mistake) stating as a reason "Doesn't fit". Yet my policy clearly states that no returns accepted and "PLEASE MAKE SURE IT FITS YOUR EQUIPMENT BEFORE PURCHASING". For that reason I respectfully declined buyers request to return. The item was shipped promptly in excellent (as advertised condition) and was delivered before stated deadline. The feedback received is unfair.
