It was delivered 5 days ago & we've not had any communication from yourself at all? It certainly wasn't chipped when it was sent as I personally inspected it. It is 3d printed, not injection moulded, as stated in the listing, so there are small remnants of support material left but only minimal. The images we use are our own & accurately represent what we produce, and lastly we've had no notice from eBay or yourself that you would like a refund?
