He responded to me quickly, offered to refund my money, and didn’t even make me send it back. We both feel the item was damaged in transit. The bulb inside was cracked but had been fine and the unit functional when it was shipped. This seller took the stress out of a disappointing situation. I would buy from him with absolute confidence in the future. Thanks for going above and beyond for me.

It needed to be replaced and I was unhappy with newer similar items. I found this item on ebay and was excited to find it. It arrived in much better condition than I had hoped.
