They had no need to do that, but I did appreciate it a lot! It looked just like the pictures, and the item was also packaged securely. A great buying experience all around.

I did not send them back because of the return shipping....This guy from Japan sales me one and it's like NEW. Everything works perfect from playback of large/small reels to recording.....THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!!
