The clock was hopelessly slow. The weights don't appear to belong to this clock; had to swap out for another Schatz I had, and then adjustments worked fine to bring it into accurate (somewhat) time keeping. These clocks are notorious for being persnickety based on the spin of the weights themselves. Even a little "extra" push throughs it off.
