Seller then also refunded the shipping price I had paid, so I am revising my negative review. I am now satisfied with my complete refund (and the item was returned to the seller Fedex with tracking and was signed for appropriately at receiving end). Really appreciate EBay s guarantee of protection in case of such difficulties with seller communication.
