Just to clarify, the item was shipped within the 2 business days as promised, but delivery delays with USPS are unfortunately out of my hands. I’ve stayed in touch throughout, and the latest tracking update shows it’s expected to arrive on the 28th. I’ve truly done my best to assist, so I hope you can understand where I’m coming from. If it doesn’t arrive by the end of the week, I’ll issue a refund.
