Therefore the game was incomplete. Thirdly I was hit with a sudden customs surcharge of £43.71 on top of the £195.08 that I had already paid for the item, because the seller didn't lay down enough money to cover the international postage, and then the seller refused to pay that additional amount and left me to foot that bill.
