Happily, once cleaned, the oven works ALMOST perfectly...the preheat function doesn't work (and should have been disclosed), but we can work around that issue. This item cannot be found new anywhere, so we took a chance. If you had taken the time to read the listing, the description explicitly states: "This oven has NOT been deep cleaned. Please see photos." Photos show that it is in used condition. It sounds like you got exactly what was described, but failed to take in the information we presented. Regardless, we offer free returns for 30 days, please open a return request if you're unhappy with the item.
