After I paid for them as a Christmas gift, I was sent an email saying the "Item Was Broken" and sent a refund without any consultation. There were TWO bookends. Were they BOTH broken? 4 days before Christmas? I want to see the pieces, or I'll believe another buyer contacted the seller and submarined the sale with a higher offer.
