Item 6x9 smaller than described & clearly a more recent amateur print based on the type of photographic paper & how printed. I took & processed my own B&W 35mm film. The milky image happens with poor darkroom controls. Compare white color next to date-stamped 1969 photo. Clearly not sent a 1919 or 1920s photo.
