Unfortunately, my headphones started to act poorly on the 3rd and 4th use but the seller was quick to offer a replacement or refund - within a day a new set was sent out and a label was given to send back the original set. Refurbished items are always tricky and I am more than happy with the response by this seller. Would recommend 100%, great communication and service
