The price seemed too good to be true and I thought I would be getting counterfeit merchandise. When I received the headphones they were fully charged and looked like they were brand new. I downloaded the Bose connect app, which recognized the headphones and updated the firmware! The headphones are authentic and at a great price. They arrived quickly and the seller couldn’t be better! A+++++ Seamless transaction
