Branding absence: Authentic Happy Planner products usually have branding on the inside cover or back page. If yours is blank, it may be a knockoff or a repurposed disc-bound notebook. However, my description clearly indicated to check the picture for details. The item she purchased was not the brand she wanted, but I had listed another option that was the correct brand—she simply didn’t select it. It appears the buyer didn’t review the product pictures or read the description. Her negative comment seems to stem from her own oversight.
