When I contacted the seller for a return on a damaged item, they told me that I needed to provide the label and shipping cost up front, due to this being an international seller. This is against the ebay international seller rules, and they refused to adhere to them even when I presented them. Seller used inadequate shipping protection and refused to honor eBay return policy.
