- *****- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 1 年購買已獲認證Lifesaver. I bought this as last resort but have been able to log on (without a pword) create a new pword & access 15 yrs of photos/docs & no data loss. Tip: once I chose the user a/c & selected ‘reset password’ there was a message confirming the pword had been reset - without inputting a new pword which is confusing. I removed the disk (important) rebooted & was automatically logged on. I then had to input a new pword via usual screens (unprompted). Hope this makes sense. Be patient it works!
