There was a password on the Mac and I wasn’t told by the seller what it was, however it only took a simple guess to work it out. The Mac did require some updates but that was not really an issue, it just took up quite a bit of time. Postage was very fast and the item was packaged well. I cannot see that I have received an invoice from the seller and so I will message and ask for this. Thank you.

Disappointed with Parcelforce's delivery (paid for next-day, took four days) but that is nothing to do with the seller, who as I say was great. Packaging very secure, and overall believe the spec is good value. Would buy from kass_tech again!

The computer is better than described and seems brand new for a 2 year old device. The price was right for me, quality great. I would have liked the original Apple box but that is no problem, item was well packaged in a custom box and arrived with 24 hours. I highly recommend this eBay trader and would not hesitate to buy again. *****
