- .***h (92)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 1 個月購買已獲認證I received a dirty, hairy mouse. Hair was coming from the scroll wheel, under the skates, and part of it was covered in some sticky substance I had to clean off. I don’t like dealing with returns, so I didn’t bother. But I doubt this was actually “refurbished” — more like repackaged. I cleaned it up myself, but that’s not the buyer’s job. Also got scammed on a discount and was pushed to eBay support. 3/5 only out of respect for Logitech EU, who were great when I lived there.

Then when I offered proof that the box was empty they changed reason trying to find ways to not refund. When I contested that the reason doesn’t apply because the package arrived empty they stopped responding.

Shipping was fast, packaging was secure, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with the purchase, highly recommend both the item and the seller.
