But if you’re not testing the product before selling that’s an issue. You can’t describe the item as excellent condition if it doesn’t work. Sorry for the negative feedback but I hope you fix these issues. Wast of my time and money as it does for you. I contacted you and didn’t hear anything back for hours and still haven’t. So here I am.
