Won it on July 9th, reached out to him on July 22 and 25th asking for a follow up. No response. Finally had to have eBay step in and refund my money. Don’t know whether he didn’t want to get rid of it due to a low price and kept it. Either way, this problem could have been solved by communicating. I wanted the card. Not the refund.
